  • 3 pcs egg whites For meringue texture.

  • Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Once cooled, pipe on black icing and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.
  • Add candy eyeballs on top for decoration.

Haunted Pumpkin Cheesecake

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add in the pumpkin puree, sugar, and a pinch of spice.
  • Pour the filling into a ginger snap crust.
