  • 1 cup sliced almonds Provides crunch and nutty flavor.

For the Raspberry Honey Glaze

  • 1 tbsp honey Adds sweetness and thins out the preserves.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Set up your breading station: one bowl for flour, one for the beaten egg, and another for the sliced almonds.
  • Dip each Brie cube first into the flour, then into the egg, and finally into the sliced almonds, packing the almonds onto the cheese.
  • Arrange the coated Brie bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them evenly.

Cooking

  • Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • While baking, prepare the glaze by combining raspberry preserves and honey in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed and slightly thinned.

Serving

  • Drizzle the warm Brie bites with raspberry honey glaze before serving.

Notes

Ensure to coat the Brie well for crunch. You can use panko for a different texture or add lemon juice to the glaze for more zing.
