Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  • Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick.
  • In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Toss well until evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the zucchini slices in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.

Baking

  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 2-3 hours, flipping the chips halfway through for even cooking.
  • In the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the chips if desired.
  • Once golden and crispy, remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container. They can be crisped up again in the oven if needed. Try different spices or vegetables for variety!
