For the layers

  • 10 ounces Biscoff cookies Crushed for layering
  • 3 medium Bananas Fresh and ripe, sliced
  • 1 package Vanilla pudding Instant pudding works best
  • 2 cups Milk Needed to prepare pudding
  • 1 cup Whipped cream For topping
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Optional, for sprinkling on top

Preparation

  • Crush the Biscoff cookies in a ziplock bag or use a food processor until they resemble sandy bits.
  • Slice the bananas into rounds and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions by mixing the pudding mix with milk until thickened.

Assembly

  • Layer the crushed Biscoff cookies at the bottom of a serving dish.
  • Add a layer of banana slices over the cookie layer.
  • Pour the prepared vanilla pudding over the banana layer evenly.
  • Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon if desired.

Chill

  • Cover the dessert and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

Serve

  • Spoon into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, let the dessert chill for at least an hour or overnight. Avoid overripe bananas for layering to maintain texture. If you have leftovers, they can be enjoyed for breakfast!
