Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Rotisserie chicken works great.
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce Adjust based on your spice level preference.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Nuke in the microwave for 15–20 seconds if too firm.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For extra cheesy goodness.
  • ½ cup ranch dressing Use a thick and creamy brand for better results.
  • 6–8 slices white cheese For ghost decorations.
  • to taste black decorating gel or mini olives For decorating eyes of the ghost cheese.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  • If needed, soften the cream cheese in the microwave for 15–20 seconds then spread evenly in your baking dish.
  • Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over the cream cheese layer and smooth it out evenly.
  • Drizzle the ranch dressing over the chicken layer.
  • Use a ghost cookie cutter to cut shapes from the white cheese slices and place them on top.

Baking

  • Bake your dip in the oven for about 15–20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  • Once out, dot each cheese ghost with black decorating gel or place a mini olive for eyes.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

Make this dip ahead of time and bake just before serving. It can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
