Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients for a clean workspace.

Prepare Lobster

  • Rinse lobster under cold water. Slit down the center of the shell carefully, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
  • Place lobster on a baking tray, season generously with salt and garlic powder.
  • Pour melted butter over the lobster.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes until the meat is opaque and the shell is bright red.
  • After baking, pour melted ghee over the lobster for added flavor.

Serving
