  • 3 large eggs Scrambled to fluffy perfection.
  • 1 tablespoon milk Optional, makes eggs fluffier.
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese Other cheese varieties can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil For cooking eggs.
  • to taste salt and black pepper Essential for flavor.

Optional Add-Ins

  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes or bell peppers Adds freshness.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions For crunch and flavor.
  • to taste hot sauce or salsa For a spicy kick.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Bacon

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Cooking the Eggs

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in the skillet.
  • Pour egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

Prepare the Wrap

  • On a tortilla, layer shredded cheese, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and any optional add-ins.

Wrapping and Toasting

  • Roll the tortilla tightly and place seam-side down in the skillet. Toast for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serving
