Cooking Steps

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken and fajita seasoning. Cook for about 7–10 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
  • Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until veggies are tender.
  • Stir in the cooked rice and mix well to combine all ingredients.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
  • Serve the Chicken Fajita Rice hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes

For best results, allow the chicken to sear properly for flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
