  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Fresh and crisp for the best texture.
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Adds juicy sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Essential for authentic Caesar flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Store-bought is convenient, but homemade is special.
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas Healthier than regular tortillas.
  • salt and pepper to taste Enhances flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken.
  • Add the chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Halve and add the cherry tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the mixture and gently toss to combine.
  • Lay a tortilla flat, spoon some of the salad mixture onto the center, and fold the sides over the filling.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up.
  • Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

To store leftovers, keep ingredients separate in airtight containers for up to 3-4 days.
