  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped Gives a unique twist.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, dill, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and let it simmer.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  • Pour the Cowboy Butter sauce over the chicken until coated.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the juices run clear.
