  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry, Thawed Provides a flaky, buttery texture.
  • 6 oz Brie Cheese, Cut into Small Cubes Creamy and decadent.
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce Use homemade or store-bought.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios Adds a nutty flavor and crunch.
  • 1 tbsp Honey (Optional) Drizzle for added sweetness.
  • 1 tbsp Butter, Melted For brushing onto the pastry.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.

Assembly

  • Press each square of puff pastry into the muffin tin.
  • Place a piece of Brie in each pastry cup, followed by a small spoonful of cranberry sauce and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

Baking

  • Brush the edges of the pastry with melted butter.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serving

  • Drizzle with honey while still warm and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For the best results, chill your pastry if it gets too warm while preparing. Consider making your own cranberry sauce for an extra touch of flavor.
