  • 1/2 onion chopped Sauté until translucent.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced for flavor.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing.

Cooking

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onions are translucent (3-4 minutes).
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned (6-8 minutes).
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stir to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Gradually add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  • Fold in the cooked pasta, ensuring it’s all coated in the creamy sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.

Notes

For a great dish, use fresh ingredients and don't rush the cooking time. Experiment with different cheeses and fresh herbs for added flavor.
