Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms and garlic for about 5 minutes until tender.
  • Pour in heavy cream, reduce heat, and bring to a simmer.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and sauce thickens.
  • Return chicken to skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped herbs and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat on low heat, adding a splash of milk if needed.
