  • 2 tablespoons butter For flavor enhancement.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Used for cooking steak.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds depth to the flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Essential for seasoning.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Adds freshness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Let the steaks come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes before cooking.
  • Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Add the steaks and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  • Remove steaks from skillet and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5-8 minutes until sauce thickens.

Serving

  • Slice the rested steak and top with mushroom cream sauce.
  • Serve immediately with crispy fries and cucumber-tomato salad, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For best results, let your steak come to room temperature before cooking and don't rush the mushroom cooking process for maximum flavor.
