  • Coat the chicken legs with the seasoning mixture, ensuring each piece is generously covered.
  • Place a wire rack over a baking tray to allow air circulation.
  • Arrange the seasoned chicken legs on the wire rack.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes.
  • Brush melted butter on the chicken halfway through baking for extra crispiness.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 165°F.
