  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs Slightly sweet graham cracker crumbs are best for texture.
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted Binding agent for the crust.
  • 0.25 cup sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.

For the filling

  • 1.5 cups dark chocolate chips Opt for high-quality chocolate for best flavor.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk This adds creaminess and sweetness.
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries Helps balance the rich chocolate flavor.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances the overall flavor.
  • 0.25 tsp salt Balances the sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar together. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.

Filling

  • In a saucepan, melt dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  • Scatter fresh raspberries over the top of the chocolate layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set.

Cooling

  • Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars and serving.

Notes

For best results, use quality ingredients. Chill before cutting for cleaner bars. Can substitute with different berries or make gluten-free.
