Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375ºF and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a stand mixer, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.

Combining Ingredients

  • Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and caramel chips gently.

Baking

  • Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared sheets, spacing them apart.
  • Sprinkle sea salt over each cookie before baking.
