  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables Peas, carrots, corn, or any veggies you prefer.
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Low-sodium preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For frying.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced Adds flavor to the sauté.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pound out chicken breasts for even cooking and season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Grilling

  • Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through and juices run clear.

Sautéing Vegetables

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add diced sweet potatoes. Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
  • Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the skillet, sauté until heated through.

Mixing Ingredients

  • Stir in the cooked rice and drizzle soy sauce over the mixture, ensuring rice is well-coated.

Serving

  • Plate the grilled chicken next to the fried rice and sweet potato medley, garnishing with chopped green onions.
