Cooking Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat a little olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
  • Pour in the broth and add diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and add ravioli and spinach. Cook according to ravioli package instructions until they float to the top.
  • Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes
