  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil For a deep, nutty flavor.
  • 3 stalks Green Onions Chopped for garnish.
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 1 tsp Ginger Freshly grated for best results.

  • In a large skillet, heat about two tablespoons of sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is shimmering, add in your ground pork or turkey. Break it apart with a spatula and brown evenly for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the coleslaw mix and stir, allowing the cabbage to wilt for about 5 minutes.
  • Drizzle in soy sauce and stir to combine, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions. Add optional toppings like sesame seeds or sriracha if desired.
