  • 3 pieces Bananas Ripe, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter Natural peanut butter recommended
  • 1/2 cup Chopped peanuts For texture; can substitute with sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate At least 70% cacao for richness

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice the bananas into thick, about 1-inch pieces.
  • Spread a layer of peanut butter over each slice.
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top of the peanut butter.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate until silky smooth, then drizzle it over the banana slices.
  • Freeze the assembled pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet until solid, about 1-2 hours.
  • Once fully frozen, let them sit for a minute before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in a freezer-safe bag or container for 2-3 weeks. Allow to defrost at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving. Feel free to experiment with flavors and toppings!
