Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in both types of sugar until well combined.
  • Add each egg separately, mixing well after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla.
  • In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine this with the wet mixture.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and spread the brownie batter evenly in the pan.
  • Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter and swirl gently.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool before slicing into squares and enjoy your delicious brookies!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days at room temperature or a week in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave for gooey goodness.
