Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, and dried Italian herbs.
  • Open the can of biscuits and separate each biscuit.
  • Flatten each biscuit to about 3 inches in diameter.
  • Spoon a small amount of shredded cheese into the center of each biscuit.
  • Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Arrange the sealed bombs in a greased baking dish, seam-side down.
  • Brush generously with garlic butter mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
