Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the baby potatoes and slice them in half.
  • Mince the garlic.
  • Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and seasonings.

Cooking

  • Layer the halved potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Place the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes.
  • Pour in the chicken broth evenly.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic and parmesan cheese over everything.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  • Gently remove the chicken and potatoes from the crockpot when done.

Notes

For best results, use fresh chicken and adjust seasoning to taste. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
