Ingredients
  

For the base

  • 4 pieces Croissants Fresh for best taste.
  • 6 large Eggs Can be fried, scrambled, or poached.
  • 4 slices Turkey Bacon High-quality for best flavor.
  • 4 links Turkey Sausages Crispy when cooked well.

For sautéing and sides

  • 1 cup Mushrooms Chopped, can use any type.
  • 1 can Baked Beans Comforting addition; can swap for roasted tomatoes.
  • 1 medium Avocado Creamy and nutritious; slice as preferred.
  • 1 cup Fresh fruit Strawberries, orange slices, and figs for color.

For the beverage

  • 2 cups Latte Smooth and frothy, pairs well with breakfast.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Meats

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon and sausages for about 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy.

Sautéing the Mushrooms

  • In the same skillet, add chopped mushrooms with a dash of salt and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Cooking the Eggs

  • In a separate non-stick pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up, covering the pan to cook the whites without overcooking the yolk.

Preparing the Croissants

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and warm the croissants for 5-7 minutes until crisp.

Plating the Breakfast

  • On a large plate, arrange the croissant, eggs, crispy meats, sautéed mushrooms, baked beans, sliced avocado, and fresh fruit.

Notes
