Instructions
 

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Add cubed chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  • Sauté for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.

Making the Sauce

  • In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic. Stir well.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked chicken and stir to coat.
  • Add cornstarch mixed with a bit of water if thicker sauce is desired. Stir until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.

Adding the Broccoli

  • Add broccoli to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.

Serving

  • Once all ingredients are coated and cooked, serve hot over warm rice or noodles.

Notes

Ensure chicken pieces are evenly sized for even cooking. Adjust garlic and honey based on your taste preference. Pair with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
