Casserole Base

  • 1/2 cup milk Brings moisture into the meatloaf mix.

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Adds umami flavor.
  • 1 tsp mustard Adds a tangy twist.
  • 1/2 tsp paprika For subtle warmth.
  • 1 onion chopped onion Enhances flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic minced Adds aromatic goodness.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential seasoning.

Topping

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese For a cheesy topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked macaroni, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  • Top the mixture with shredded cheddar cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
