Ingredients
  

Slider Components

  • 1 package King's Hawaiian Rolls (12 count) These sweet, pillowy rolls are perfect for sliders.
  • 12 slices cooked chicken breast strips Can be freshly grilled or store-bought for convenience.
  • 4 slices Gouda cheese Substitute with a different cheese if desired.
  • 4 to 6 slices cooked bacon Turkey bacon is a lighter option.
  • 1/4 cup maple butter Can use store-bought or homemade using butter and maple syrup.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Slice the King's Hawaiian Rolls horizontally, keeping the tops connected.
  • Spread maple butter on the bottom half of the rolls.

Building the Sliders

  • Layer the chicken strips evenly over the maple butter.
  • Place the cooked bacon strips on top of the chicken.
  • Layer the slices of Gouda cheese over the bacon.
  • Place the tops of the rolls back on.

Baking

  • Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  • Brush the tops with more maple butter and cut into individual sliders.

Notes

Sliders are great for meal prep and can be made ahead of time. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
