  • Water To thin as necessary.

Preparation

  • Gather and measure all ingredients.
  • In a medium bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard.
  • Whisk together until smooth; add water a teaspoon at a time if the dressing is too thick.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to one week. It may thicken when chilled; thin with water or let it come to room temperature before use.
