  • Slider buns Fresh ones recommended.
  • Dill pickle slices Must-have for fried chicken sliders.

For the dill pickle aioli

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Creamy base for the aioli.
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice Adds zesty punch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
  • Mix flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Coat marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry chicken until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes per side.
  • For the aioli, mix mayonnaise and dill pickle juice in a bowl.
  • Assemble sliders on buns with fried chicken, dill pickle slices, and aioli.

Notes

For best results, allow the chicken to marinate longer for more flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
