Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped Fresh is great, but frozen strawberries will work too.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use full-fat for a rich texture; lower-fat options are fine too.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it’s softened for easy blending.
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored) Vanilla elevates sweetness; use unflavored if preferred.
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust based on taste preferences.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Essential for rounding out flavors.
  • 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative) Almond milk or oat milk can be used for a vegan option.
