  • 1 piece flatbread or naan Use your preferred type of flatbread.
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced pear Choose ripe, juicy pears.
  • 75 grams Brie cheese, sliced Use good-quality Brie for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce Store-bought or homemade works.
  • to taste fresh thyme leaves Aromatic and bright, enhances flavor.
  • to taste olive oil For drizzling to finish.
  • to taste salt and pepper Essential for seasoning.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay your flatbread on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  • Layer the thinly sliced pears decoratively on top.
  • Lay the slices of Brie over the pears.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  • Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves, salt, and pepper on top.

Baking

  • Slide the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.

Serving

  • Slice and serve warm, enjoying the delightful combination of textures and flavors.
