  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) Adds veggies without the need for chopping.

  • to taste salt and pepper Essential for flavor enhancement.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, and milk. Stir well.
  • Add frozen mixed vegetables, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper, and stir gently to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and drizzle the melted butter over the top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving warm.

Notes

Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven, adding a splash of broth to maintain creaminess if needed.
