Ingredients
  

Taco Shells and Base

  • 6 pieces Crispy taco shells Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Cream cheese Use full-fat for rich texture
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar Can substitute with powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Use pure for best flavor
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries (chopped) Frozen can be used but won't have same texture

Crunchy Topping

  • 1 cup Crushed graham crackers Provides crunch
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (melted) Binds the crust together
  • 1 cup Whipped cream Use homemade for best taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and preheat the kitchen.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy-smooth.
  • Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or ziplock bag.
  • Top each filled taco shell with chopped strawberries.
  • In a separate bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter to form a wet sand-like consistency. Sprinkle this mixture over each taco.
  • Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each taco and serve immediately.

Notes

Chill the filled tacos for about an hour before serving for best results. Improvisation allowed with seasonal fruits.
