Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries - fresh or frozen) Use fresh or frozen berries as preferred.
  • 1 cup coconut water (or plain water) Coconut water adds hydration and a tropical flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 10 leaves fresh mint leaves Plus extra for garnish.
  • 1 unit Juice of 1 lime Adds zesty brightness.
  • as needed cubes Ice cubes For serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and lay them out for easy access.
  • Hull the strawberries if using fresh, and toss the blueberries and raspberries in whole.

Blending

  • Add all the berries, coconut water, honey (or agave), lime juice, and fresh mint into a blender.
  • Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth. Blend in batches if needed to avoid spillage.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste the mixture and add more honey if needed.
  • If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.

Serving

  • Serve the drink over ice in glasses, garnished with fresh mint and whole berries if desired.

Notes

For a bubbly twist, add a splash of sparkling water before serving. This drink can also be frozen in ice cube trays for later use.
