Ingredients
  

For the white chocolate layer

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Use good quality for better melting and taste.
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk For the white chocolate mixture to enhance fudginess.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances sweetness and adds flavor depth.

For the dark chocolate layer

  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips Can substitute with semisweet chocolate.
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk To give the dark layer luxurious texture.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and add red food coloring, swirling gently to create a bloody effect.
  • In another bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk using the same microwaving method until smooth.

Assembly

  • Pour the white chocolate mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly.
  • Slowly pour the dark chocolate mixture on top to keep layers distinct.
  • Use a toothpick to swirl layers together for a marbled effect.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
  • Once set, lift out using parchment and cut into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. Can be made ahead and frozen for up to a month.
