For the roasted pears

  • 2 pieces ripe pears, sliced The riper the pear, the better!

Instructions
 

Prep and Roast

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss pear slices in olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and lay them out on a baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Prepare the Feta

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta and Greek yogurt (or cream cheese). Blend until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Tapas

  • Spread the whipped feta on a serving plate, arrange roasted pear slices on top, and sprinkle with toasted walnuts.
  • Drizzle olive oil and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

For best results, don't rush the roasting and feel free to adjust the feta-to-yogurt ratio to your liking. Leftover whipped feta stays fresh for 3-5 days refrigerated.
